About this site
This website is owned and operated by AG Beaver LLC (“AG Beaver,” “I,” “me”). It describes my fractional CMO and marketing consulting services and gives you a way to get in touch.
Information, not advice
The articles, examples, FAQs and other content here are general information. They aren’t personalized marketing, legal, financial or tax advice, and they don’t create a client relationship. Every business is different, so please talk with me (or another qualified professional) before acting on anything you read here.
Working together
Sending the contact form or emailing me doesn’t make you a client or commit either of us to anything. Any paid work, including audits and fractional CMO engagements, is covered by a separate written agreement. If that agreement ever conflicts with these terms, the agreement controls.
Payments
I don’t take payments on this website. When we work together, I send an invoice by email, and you pay it through a secure Stripe payment link. All prices are in U.S. dollars and are quoted for each engagement.
Refunds and cancellations
Refunds, cancellations, notice periods and payment terms for all of my services, including audits and fractional CMO work, are set in your written client agreement. If anything on this site differs from your agreement, the agreement controls.
Ad spend and other vendors
Money you pay directly to ad platforms, software or other vendors is between you and them. I can’t refund it.
Questions or problems with a charge
If something about an invoice or charge doesn’t look right, email me at amanda@agbeaverllc.com before you contact your bank. I’ll respond within 2 business days and work it out with you according to your agreement.
No guaranteed results
Marketing is a process, not a faucet. Results depend on many things outside my control, including your market, budget, team, competitors, platform changes and how recommendations are carried out. Any examples, outcomes or numbers on this site are illustrations, not promises of specific leads, sales, rankings or revenue.
Using the site
Please use the site only for lawful purposes. Don’t try to break, overload or gain unauthorized access to it, send spam or harmful code through the contact form, or scrape or copy the site with automated tools.
Content ownership
The text, graphics, logos, illustrations, photos and design of this site belong to AG Beaver LLC or are used with permission, and they’re protected by copyright and trademark law. You’re welcome to share links to the site. Please don’t copy, republish or reuse its content or branding for commercial purposes without my written permission.
What you send me
When you send information through the form or by email, you confirm that it’s accurate and that you’re allowed to share it. How I handle that information is explained in the Privacy Policy.
Links to other sites
The site may link to other websites and tools. I don’t control them and I’m not responsible for their content, policies or practices.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute about the site will be handled in the state courts of Cleveland County, North Carolina, or the federal courts for the Western District of North Carolina.
Changes to these terms
I may update these terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted here with a new effective date. Continuing to use the site after that means you accept the updated terms.
